  • How do quotes work?
    We estimate based on your details; final charges reflect actual time/access.

  • What’s your cancellation policy?
    50% of estimate or 2-hour minimum.

  • Do I need to be present?
    Yes, a responsible adult must be present to sign the Job Completion Acknowledgment.

  • What if there’s damage?
    Report within 24 hours; pre-existing issues must be disclosed before service. Liability is limited when working under adverse/no-equipment conditions (see Waiver).
